Anna Naylor Designs dispatches all products in the shop within 14 working days, subject to stock availability. Custom-orders including stationery, branding, or wholesale will be dispatched in the time agreed between Anna Naylor Designs and the client.
If items are not in stock, clients will be personally notified within 24 hours of ordering. Orders in December and during busy periods can take up to 30 days to be dispatched.
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days and do not include bank holidays.

Anna Naylor Designs reserves the right to adjust prices at their own discretion.
All items in the shop are custom-made and designed free-hand, so designs may vary slightly. The customer agrees to this when purchasing an item.
All hand-lettering will adhere to the format provided by the customer – please use lowercase and uppercase as you would like it used on the finished product.
Upon purchasing the item, the customer confirms they have read the description of the product and agree that they are purchasing an item that meets the listed specifications.
If you would like a mockup of the product, a 50% deposit is required. This equates to half of the retail price of the product you are purchasing. This is because mockups take a considerate amount of time to design and create digitally.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns will not be accepted for custom-made orders unless the order is faulty or the incorrect product was received.

Returns will only be accepted for 7 days after customer’s receipt of the product.
Any items returned must be in the original condition that they were received in. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, Anna Naylor Designs agrees to cover the postage cost. However, please note that customers will be liable for products in transit and we can not refund or exchange anything that does not arrive within 7 days.
